If for any reason you are unhappy & would like to return an item, we are happy to offer you a refund/exchange up to 14 days from receipt of goods. The product must be in new, unused & unworn condition with all tags attached & in original packaging. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect any product has been used or worn.
We are happy to exchange a product for the same product but in a different size, if available, pending the product being returned is new, unused & unworn condition with tags attached & in original packaging. If a different product is requested then a new order must be completed on the website by the user.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on the following products - unless they are not as described or faulty:
- Briefs, control lingerie & shapewear, strapless bras, hosiery & swimwear briefs.
- Christening wear incl. bibs, shoes, shawls
- Communion Accessories
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Following inspection of the returned goods & after your return has been processed, you will be refunded the amount due through the original method of payment, excl. original postage charge if applicable.
