1. OWNERSHIP
Before proceeding with an order, you will be required to show that you have read and understood the following terms and conditions. We recommend that you print a copy of these Terms and Conditions for your future reference.
This website is the property of Fahey’s Castlebar. BRN 350936. All material on this website is copyright to Fahey’s Castlebar, and is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use this website for any commercial purpose.

2. PRODUCTS AND PRICING
We take every care to ensure that product descriptions are accurate at the time of uploading products to the website. We reserve the right to withdraw any product from the website without any prior notification. We also reserve the right to amend prices of products without prior notification.
Our products are priced in Euro. When paying by credit card this is the amount which will be deducted from your debit or credit card. When purchasing products with sterling or other currencies, debit or credit cards, the exchange rates will be set by the cardholders bank. These rates fluctuate on a daily basis, for further information, cardholder should contact their bank as exchange rates are not applied by Fahey’s Castlebar. All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT.

3. ORDERING GOODS
When an order is placed on our website, you will receive a confirmation email confirming we have received your order and it is being processed. You will receive a second email from us acknowledging your order has been dispatched with a tracking number where applicable.
All products are subject to availability. Our display of products on our website is an invitation and not an offer to sell those goods to you. An offer is made when you place the order for your products.

If products that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process any remaining products on your order. We will not supply a replacement product without your authorisation. If you would like to cancel your order please see returns section of our policy.

When your order is placed, we will send you an email to confirm all your details are correct. Please review these details on receipt of email. If you have any errors please contact us by email or phone. Once we have dispatched your item(s), you will receive a second email from us detailing your delivery information. Please contact us if email an email confirmation is not received upon placing an order.

4. DELIVERY AND STORE PICK UP

STANDARD DELIVERY
REPUBLIC OF IRELAND (ROI)
We offer FREE delivery on Gift cards and purchases over €100. We charge €6.00 postage for purchases less than €100. All orders received before 2pm Monday to Thursday with a delivery address in Ireland should be (but not guaranteed to be) received by the customer within 24 hours. Orders placed on a Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched on a Monday morning. Please Note: During busy seasons such as Back to School, we may experience delays, and stock availability issues. 

Our chosen postal partner is An Post.

We do not issue tracking numbers for parcels however if you require it, please contact us at 094-90 22534

We use reliable postal services however we shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the parcels within the estimated timescales.

STORE PICK UP
When placing an order, you can opt for Store Pick Up. We will notify you when your order is ready for collection.
When collecting your items instore, remember to bring the following
• Your order confirmation email, which will be emailed to you once your order has been completed. We will accept the email in printed format or on a tablet or smart phone.
• Photographic identification must also be presented when collecting goods; we will accept a driver’s license or passport.

GIFT CARDS
We offer FREE post for all Gift Cards ordered. Gift Cards will be dispatched within 24 hours of order and can be personalised with a message if requested at the time of order.

All Gift Card orders are sent with An Post. 

Please note - Gift Cards cannot be returned once purchased and cannot be exchanged for cash or other gift cards. Gift cards purchased in-store or on our website cannot be used as a form of payment on the website; they may only be used in-store. We cannot take responsibility for any gift cards that are lost, stolen or used by someone other than your recipient after delivery. Make sure your recipient has received their gift card, and it is their responsibility to keep the Gift Card safe.

5. RETURNS POLICY

The Returns and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through our website and not in-store or by telephone. We do NOT offer FREE returns on any items purchased from us, the cost of returns must be incurred by the purchaser. This policy does not impact your statutory rights. 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We are happy to offer a refund if the item is unsuitable within 14 days of receipt of your order. The product you return must be strictly in new, unused, and unworn condition with all tags attached and in original packaging. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any product has been used or worn. All dispatched orders to you will include a packing note outlining your purchase details and a returns form. For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the return of any headpieces, bags, hosiery (socks, tights), briefs, shapewear briefs, bikini bottoms or swimsuits. This policy does not impact your statutory rights.

Following inspection an email shall be sent confirming receipt and you will be refunded the amount due through the original method of payment, excluding original postage charge if relevant.

You should expect to see the refund in your account within 5 working days from receipt of this email; however, some banks may take longer. If you have not received this money into your account after 10 working days you should contact us at 094-90 22534.

We are happy to exchange a product for the same product but in a different size, if available, pending the original product being returned in new, unused and unworn condition with tags attached and in original packaging.

SETTLING DISPUTES
We aim to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase and service given by our team. However, if for any reason you are unhappy, please email us at info@faheyscastlebar.ie and we will aim to resolve the matter immediately. You can also submit your complaint to the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR), which is an official website managed by the European Commission dedicated to helping consumers and traders resolve their disputes out-of-court.

6. GIFT CARDS
Gift Card purchases will be dispatched within 24 hours and can be personalised with a message if requested at the time of order being processed.
All Gift Card orders are sent with An Post.

Gift Cards cannot be returned once purchased and cannot be exchanged for cash or other gift cards. Gift vouchers purchased in-store or on our website cannot be used as a form of payment on the website. Gift Cards can be used over the phone subject to security/validity checks. 

We cannot take responsibility for any gift vouchers that are lost, stolen or used by someone other than your recipient after delivery. Make sure your recipient has received their gift voucher, as it is their responsibility to keep the Gift Card safe. We use reliable postal services however we shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the parcels within the estimated timescales.

7. PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS
Coupons, discounts, postage rates and promotional discount codes offered for use at www.faheyscastlebar.ie are valid only as part of a purchase made on this named website, and are not valid in-store.

Promotional discount codes or offers are not valid on Communion and Occasion Wear, Christening Wear, Giftcards, Sale Items or Delivery Charges.
